Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and replacements for orders placed with Meltalong Ice Creams through our online checkout.
1. Cancellation Before Preparation
Orders may be cancelled only before preparation, packing, or dispatch begins. Because ice cream is perishable and temperature-sensitive, cancellations may not be accepted once an order has entered preparation or delivery processing.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided address. Refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, or customer unavailability may make the order ineligible for refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when the ordered item is unavailable, the order is cancelled by Meltalong Ice Creams, or a verified quality issue is reported promptly with supporting details.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available for taste preference, incorrect product selection by the customer, wrong delivery address, missed delivery, delayed collection, melting after successful delivery, or issues reported after the reasonable inspection period.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Quality Issue Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality concern, contact customer support as soon as possible with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos where applicable. After verification, Meltalong Ice Creams may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be coordinated by Meltalong Ice Creams customer support after verification.
7. Contact for Refund Requests
For cancellation or refund assistance, contact Meltalong Ice Creams customer support with your order number, registered phone or email, and issue details.
